IT help Desk Dashboard Redesign

DASHBOARD DESIGN • DATA VISUALIZATION
The IT HD Dashboard redesign was a personal project done at my Crown Equipment Co-op during the 2026 Spring semester.
This project redesigns the IT Help Desk dashboard into a high-visibility, real-time system optimized for large TV displays, transforming complex ticket data into a clear, scannable experience that prioritizes key metrics for faster, at-a-glance decision-making.
